The Constitutional Courtroom on Thursday requested the government to amend parts of a controversial career development regulation within two decades, describing it as conditionally unconstitutional.
The laws, which was handed final year, sparked widespread protest across Indonesia about promises it undermined employee rights and weakened environmental protections.
