Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa are looking ahead and into the next chapters of their lives after news broke that the longtime couple called it quits.
PEOPLE reports that while the former pair still care “deeply about each other” they “want to explore other things” and “have been doing things separately for quite a while,” an industry source confirms.
Adding, “They were a great couple with a lot of love and respect for each other, but people change and goals change and they weren’t the same together anymore.”
After nearly 17 years together and five years of marriage, news about their split was announced on Jan. 12 in an official statement that was shared on a now-deleted Instagram post.
