CONNECTICUT. (WFSB) – Connecticut is the 3rd state to move a law that provides renters who are dealing with eviction entry to no cost legal providers.
Soon after shedding her job when the pandemic strike in March 2020, Lucecita Lugo negotiated a deal with her Hartford landlord to pay what she could, when she could.

By November 2020, she was struggling with eviction.
