Report: Wolves’ Cities undergoes procedure for numerous accidents

Karl-Anthony Towns’ girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, posted a photo Saturday of Cities on her Instagram tale that established off some concern between Timberwolves fans on social media.

The photo was of Towns on a sofa but with what appeared to be a brace on his suitable leg.

It turns out Towns has multiple injuries he is making an attempt to mend.

ESPN noted Cities underwent stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma injections in equally knees, his still left ankle, his left wrist and a finger on his suitable hand. Cities played by way of these accidents late in the year.

He got the procedures accomplished in an endeavor to stay clear of surgery and be healthy by coaching camp.

Cities played in 74 of 82 video games this time in supporting the Wolves reach the No. 7 seed in the Western Meeting.

Towns has had challenges with his still left wrist in each individual of the past a few seasons. He fractured the wrist in February 2020 ahead of the coronavirus pandemic shut down the NBA time and he dislocated the wrist in December 2020 in the second sport of the year. Cities experienced medical procedures on the wrist in February 2020 but opted to not have surgical treatment when he dislocated the wrist the next year. He returned soon after a 6-game absence.
